    Wondering...
    OK here it goes, what happens when your on probation for a crime but then get charged with a misdemeanor on a another crime (intent to purchase)..

    What happens whan the person goes in from of the Judge for the Preliminary Hearing

    Just wondering what could happen to this person

    You probation gets revoked to start with... and you go straight to jail pending that trial AND the new one..

    Long before you go to trial for the new crime, you have already reported it to the PO since as soon as you are charged with the new crime, you have to report it to your PO, failure to do so is a violation also
