Nervous for my 20 week ultrasound :(
I go for my 20 week ultrasound in 8 days and I can't believe it, time is flying by. I really want to know the sex at this ultrasounds. My mother is very sick and doesn't have much longer. I really would love for her to know the sex of the baby and I am dying to know also. I am so nervous they won't be able to tell me when I go there because of the position of the baby.. Anyone have any tips to making it easier for them to tell the gender? Should my bladder be really full? This is my first baby so I do not know what to expect for this ultrasound at all. Any tips will be great, thank you :)

I went in for my lvl 2 u/s today and everything is looking great. The twins are weighing in at 10oz each. I've gained a total of 9lbs although I've lost two.
