    Anything is possible. You need to take an Amp draw with an Amprobe and compare that reading to the motor rate for low speed operation WHILE the motor is running in its normal enclosed enclosure in the furnace or air handler OR if it is a outside condenser fan motor with that enclosure in normal operating condition. There is no yes or no answer without the testing.
