I'm 41 and not trying to get pregnant. My boyfriend and I are using the
Sponge. I should get my period in a week but this month I feel different. More bloated hungrier etc... What are the chances at my age of getting pregnant? I'm also a smoker.

Without knowing your complete medical history, it's impossible to say. Unfortunately you are now playing the waiting game and have to wait to see if your period comes as expected before testing.
