Ok my neighbor is constantly calling the police on my and my boyfriend for "stealing" her stuff which includes a computer monitor with a broken screen left outside for two years with weeds growing in it, and two plastic lawn chairs, which she gave me and I have witnesses to that and a small can of lighter fluid, Anf as well as trying to get police to finger print her washer/dryer for prints to see if I changed her settings! Now she try's to antagonize my two dogs. And she also play her music all hours of the night and yells at any of my guests and screams and my boyfriend and I every time we walk out our door, now she moved and she left a lot of garbage in the basement and said we have "stolen" more stuff I think she's crazy! But the police have told us to ignore her because they know she's not well, everyday since she's moved she comes back just to look at whatever and now that my table is on the front porch she said we stole her chairs, oh and she also said we stole an empty plastic laundry hamper and two vaccine attachments but not the vacuum what can I do? I'm in ct please help
