I am trying to remember a Movie that I used to watch as a kid and what I remember is that a kid who goes to the library is transported into an animated world and is friended by some books and they try to get back to real life also one seen involves moby and dr jeckle and mr hide

I have the worst memory with this movies it's killing me. All I can remember is a boy staring out his window, and a train driving towards him.
