I am 12, is it possible that I am pregnant?
I am 12 years old and I think I may be pregnant. I have been feeling weird lately and I gained a few pounds, I have been so tired, and some other weird changes. I am not due for my period for a few more days but there is no sign of it. I decided to take an online pregnancy test, it came out positive! :... ( I got freaked out so I took five more, all came out positive. The weird part is that I didn't have sex! I read online that you can get pregnant without having sex. Is this true? Can I really be pregnant? This is really freaking me out, I am not sure what to do. I need advice! What should I do?!

You could have some bizarre hormone surge. Pregnancy causes hormonal changes which cause the symptoms of pregnancy. If you haven't had sex you shouldn't be pregnant. However, if you have come into contact with semen you don't necessarily have to have vaginal intercourse to become pregnant. Women can become pregnant from anal intercourse by something called seminal splash (I think that's the name). If you have had no kind of contact with semen and have not been blacking out or something recently, then you can't be pregnant. So, if this isn't a joke I'd see a doctor because something bizarre is definitely going on with your body.

Not sex. But I mean we were lying on the grass and he picked me up and put me on top of him and he kissed me. That wouldn't do anything right? I swear this isn't a joke. Honestly I am not the kind of person who jokes about this.

Ask your mom to make a doctor's appointment. It's worth getting checked out for other possible problems (not pregnancy).
