    501c3 and property taxes
I have a 501c3 status and own property which is used for charitable works. Do I need to pay property taxes on this? Or am I tax free here as well?

The property has to be owned by the 501C3, not merely you own it and have a 501c3. Also there are normally rules that the only use of this property can be charitable. If it is used for any other use,

And of course the property will have to be zoned for this.
