My girlfriend is thinking about moving to Florida to be closer to her parents. I am trying to move there in about 9 months but there is no garuntee that I will be moving there. She told me this information this morning when we woke up. Here is our background:We met one night at a bar and since that night she has pretty much lived with me. Over time I have come to find out that she likes to go out to party but doesn't want to tell me with who or where. Its just the way she is. This makes me jealous as hell because Im thinking that she's out meeting guys. I have talked to her about this and she tells me that Im insecure. Well of course I am. I try not to be to the best of my abilities. It doesn't help that her ex of 5 years is texting her all the time as well. I love this woman and I know she cares about me especially because of what happened this weekend. She said we were both going out separately and that we wouldn't text each other at all. So I didn't. She ended up calling me first when her ex showed up at the bar she was at. She asked me why I didn't at least text her that I missed her. Im not sure if I screwed up there or not because if I did text her I am wrong and since I didn't text her I think Im wrong. Later that night she told me that her ex grabbed her and kissed her twice. Since then she hasn't been very talkative and even told me to tell the physical therapist that I go to that she was turning down the job.(she has 3 others) She said 4 jobs is just crazy and that she has to live her life. I tell her that I love her, I get her things, I try not to be mean or do mean things, somehow I still manage to say things at the wrong time. I am trying to figure out what I can do to get her not to move away from me. She hasn't said that is going to move but she said she might move to be closer with her family. I still have a chance of keeping her here right? So what do I do to keep her here with me?

I have no idea why you don't help her pack and be done with her, but, if you really love her why don't you pack up and just move with her ?

I can't just move away as I am in the military or I would do just that.

How long have you know this woman?
It does not sound like you have a steady and sturdy relationship. She parties and you don't know with who or where. She stalks to her ex a lot.
Dude, you don't have this woman. Let her go, in fact help her pack and go. Sounds like she is using your place just to sleep.
