    The plaintiff serves a summons on everyone they can think of in foreclosure actions in Florida. Do you have some relationship to the property or to the mortgagor? Spouse, tenant, whatever?

    Agree, is your name on the loan ? Do you have a judgement against the person who owns the proeprty,

    In general unless you are connected in some way, you should not have gotten it, and if that is the case file with the court. Tell use what you did not, what is the connection between you and the house
