    Birth Certificate
Is there some way you can change where you where born on your birth certificate like changing your name ? I was told you could without being on some type of witness protection. I know you change your name by paying but what about where you where born. It may sound crazy to want that cause you are what you are but there has to be SOME way to do so (Money is not an issue)...

Is there a good reason for doing so that would hold up legally? Did your mother not know where she was giving birth and the hospital personnel not realize where they were standing?

Yes, you merely prove that you were born at another location and the birth certificate is wrong
