    Judgement
    If I have a judgement in place in Alabama, can I submit that jugement to banks in Florida? Ex husband killed in car accident and have been told he had settlement in Florida bank?

    Yes, you can register a judgment, obtained from a court in one state, in another state and then collect it in that second state.

    Yes you can, but you will need to find where the bank is.
