    Telephone line voltage
My Telephone Line Voltage is something around 10V.
As a result I'm not able to use the Top-up Machine
(Wall mounted touch screen PIN Voucher and Prepaid card vending machine for TOP UP).
What should I do to increase it??

Its not something you adjust. At 10 volts, you have a load on the line, and will keep it from dialing, unless that is the load, Is this Ground or Loop start?
Unplug everything until you have an open connection on the pair, or about 48 volts DC.

    Thanks Buddy!
But, I've got a normal Land Line phone connected to the same line... But, I do not face any kind of problem with that... I'm getting around 50V DC on that line...

    What to do? Please help...

I tried to look up Top-UP, found varieties, Does this plug into your land line?
Does this need its own line?
Is it networked or wireless in any way?

It is networked - Connected to the Telephone Line Directly on which the phone is connected.
