    u.s law if u don't pay rent up to 5000 thousand can I be arrested or what will happen?
    If I don't pay 5000 dollar worth rent can I be arrested?

    There's much more to this question that what you have posted.

    You will get evicted, but arrested, very doubtful, but there's other factors involved here.
