    How to sleep without thinking
    I too have the same problem.. actually when I got up next day, I don feel as if I slept... I overcome tired all day, this continues day to day... I can't concentrate in my work correctly.. please help..

    Easy to say, may be tough to do.
    Eat good, Exercise/workout/sweat every day.
    No Alcohol.
    Try meditating yourself to sleep.
    Works well. I used too all the Time, now I am too tired when I hit the sack, also many things I go over in my head about Next days activities(work/parts/bills/parts to go back/... )
