    What could be wrong if the air conditioning fan blades are not turning
    The air condition turns on but when you go outside the fan blades are not turning and inside it is blowing cool air but not cold

    That outside fan needs to work to get rid of the heat, could be a capacitor, does it spin freely. I take it compressor is working?
