I am the sole custodial parent of four children. I have followed the court order but my children's father has refused to follow just about every position in the order. The lawyer I refuse to take the case up again because he wouldn't cooperate. Now he has all four children and refuse to return them. What can I do because he refused to keep the courts updated with his current address and other info. I don't even know where to send the police.

The children's father refuses to follow just about every part of the order, and my attorney doesn't want to deal with the case anymore because the children's refused to cooperate with anything.
