I was hearing things late at night all the time,then one afternoon the family was swimming in the pool and the radio came on and it wasn't even plug in and them batteries haven't been changed in least 2yrs so we turned it off and couple of hrs it came on again so we decide to use the record on our smart phones and my husband went in our master bedroom and starting talking to the ghost and we listen back to the recording and u could hear it whispering back answering his ?s I been scared now should I try to communite with it more or leave it alone she leaves sigh that's she is there and she not a bad spirit I think she just wants to cummunite what should I do

I wouldn't get into a habit of trying to use any devices to talk to spirits because it often acts as a mega phone and draws other guests into the picture. It is possible that a spirit is there and wants to communicate, surely! What I would do is pray and try to focus. I would first claim your ground though and make sure that they know that you are the owner of the house and that they need to respect you. If you feel comfortable about saying things like that... secondly, I would want to suggest possibly contacting one of your local paranormal groups too if you want. Just try to pray about it first and I would advice not to use any boards or any medium solids to communicate with the person. Do your history to see if someone passed on in the area or in your location.

Thank you for it reply.its the landlord mother.she and her husband built the house in 1999 and she died in 04 and her husband died in 08 he crossed over but for some reason she did not my family is the only other people that's ever lived there we asked her if she wanted use to leave and she said no that was one of the questions we asked her she not a evil one she just does little sign for use to no she is there I really don't want to believe that way I haven't tried to comunite with her again

There is a reason the Bible tells us to test the spirits that manifest to us. It's not so easy as to just ask it and believe what they say.
