    Can I pay out dividends after I have dissolved my company
    I am dissolving my corporation and am not sure if I can pay out dividends after the company is dissolved and or after I complete my last income tax. In what order would I do these things? Pay out dividends, dissolve company and do last income tax.

    If your company doesn't exist how can it pay a dividend?
