    Can someone move to Greenville,SC If they get charged for breaking entry in Aiken , SC and has to to the pti program?

    Pre Trial Intervention ( for those that do not know what PTI in South Carolina means.)

    It is a pre trial diversion program. Normally if you don't mind driving back and forth to do all of your programs, and to see your PO there should be no issue. Is part of the probation ( and it is probation) restricts your move, does the PO have to approve where you live, to make sure it is not a high crime area ?

    I was asking the question because my boyfriend is going through pti and his ignorant cousin is trying to make him move to Greenville with him.
    As far as his PO I don't know. But I appreciate your input. Thanks

    Think of the PO as a over protective mother ( who is mean and yells) he does not need to do anything ( esp stupid things) without talking to PO first. As for as moving with cousin, if the cousin is on Probation, the PO will have to permit it ( and they won't normally)

    Contact with others on probation is controlled by PO
