    After court date
    How many days after I go to court I have to move out I'm in the state va.

    The court will give you that date. Generally less than week

    my court date is June 26 2012 but ihave been paying on it.. now I owe 650.00 will that make a difference ? I thought it was 30 day notice.

    Don't know where you got the idea you would have an additional 30 days. If you are going to court, that means you were giving 30 days to vacate or a pay or quit notice. And you neither paid nor vacated. So the landlord when to court for an eviction order. The court will want you out as soon as possible. You may be able to pay in full right up to the court date and stave off the eviction. But if the court issues an eviction order they will give you just enough time to pack up your things. You would already have been given enough notice to vacate.
