Major pressure in my lower abdominal area,

I have Major pressure in my lower abdominal area, lots of lower back pain, and what looks to be a pinkish color of blood in my urine, not to mention when I go to pee there is lot's of pressure and after I feel as if I still have to pee, I'm also urinating frequently, what could this be! My body feels way out of wack
