    Colorado tenant rights
I completed an 18 month lease the end of may. Due to a sick parent in another state I will need to move in the near future. I asked for a 6 month lease when I completed the 18 month lease but was denied that opportunity. My landlord is asking me to vacate the property by the end of July. I need more time, what can I do? How long would an eviction take. I will pay, and they will accept rent for July.

The landlord has given you more than a months notice. If you don't vacate by then they can file for an eviction. That can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months.
