    I am 12 and want to lose weight
    I am 115 lbs!! I play soccer almost everyday, I play for 2 different soccer teams! I am mainly fatter in the stomach area! I want to lose weight because it is summer and I really want to be like my friends and wear bikinis, I wear "tankinis" or a one piece it makes me feel fat!!

    I need some help with food choices!!

    Have you spoken with your parents about this? Have you tried keeping a food diary? Those can help with knowing what your eating. Also eat healthy stuff as much as you can and avoid unhealthy snacks and sugar drinks.
