    My arms really ache
    Hi I'm 21 for the last two years whilst on holiday after a couple of days when getting in and out of the swimming pool both my arms seize up and I'm in agony I'm not sure if it's the heat that I'm not used to or what but its worrying me I'm in greece now and after a couple of days of being here its starting again has anyone got any ideas I'm not a great sun lover has it got any thing to do with different heat abroad? Its not that I'm not used to swimming as I attend the gym every day
