Rear wheels won't move on snapper riding mower
The rear wheels on my snapper mower locked up and will not turn in either direction. Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be and how to fix it?

    Hi,
Is it a rear engine rider and you are trying to roll it by hand? If this is correct, then move the shift lever to the "Roll" position.
    Peace,
