    Cricket wireless help
For some reason every time I charge my cricket phone it says that to "Stop charging. Battery Temperature too high". Now I have no batteries in my phone and have to charge but every time I'm trying to charge it it always says to stop charging because it's full. It's been doing that for three days, I cleaned out the memory card and battery on the back, and even left it out for a little while, but still nothing. Help?

The error is warning of potential thermal shutdown, which is BAD in a phone..
Try putting it in the fridge for a couple of hours BEFORE attempting to charge again.

Do you have high ambient temperature or are you leaving the phone where it can get unduely hot ?

Well I since my phone is a music phone I use it to work out... it's been hot lately, so would that be the reason to why my phone is like that now?And should I put the whole phone in the fridge or just the battery?
