Family member pick up charges on credit card misuse
I recently had a family member pick up charges on credit card misuse. She has a prior for trafficking which has been done and it was the one year habitual on that and another prior for possession of cocaine over a gram and also has been served. Now I need to know with these new charges is she going to get the four year habitual we are located in Artesia N.M. Can anyone answer my questiion?
