My kitchen floor and counter is bowing
My house was built in 2006. About two years ago I noticed my counter was bowing at the seam. Upon closer inspection of the counter and cabinets, we noticed the floor in the same location was also bowing. The counters are attached to a load bearing wall and the floor on a threshold of the same wall is also bowing. We have a 10 year structural warranty on the house and wonder if this problem is structural or just a "normal" by product of the house settling.

Is there any trees (roots) around the area?

There probably were but the lot was completely cleared of trees before the house was built.
