    Husband is petitioning for me
Hi I have a question and hopefully someone knows. Obama recently passed a law where they can't deport certain people and they are going to give them job permits. Now my husband is petitioning for me. The advocate where I went had told me I had to get out to Juarez when they call me for my interview and possibly I would have to stay out there in mexico for a couple of months or even a yr. Now just wondering since the new law that obama recently passed what happens in my situation. Will I be able to adjust my status without having to get out of the US?
