How to get the lid off a dualflush cistern
    Hi,
I have a problem with slow filling on a dualflush cistern, however if I run the bath tap for a few seconds after flushing then turn off the bath tap it goes back to normal speed for filling. I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say.

I thought maybe it was a problem inside the lid but for the life of me I cannot get the lid off, I managed to get both the buttons off but cannot see a screw or anything else that would enable me to get the lid off. Help please?

Ya got to be more specific then that. Explain your problem in detail ,(a picture would be nice.)
Here's a picture of a Venus toilet tank. It doesn't show a lock on the lid.
