Who wrote a letter that you "about fell over," if that's what you are saying.
If CPS showed up and you had a "couple beers" but your friend was sober, yes, you have a problem with CPS.
Do you mean you were indicted? I've never heard of a "hazardous home life" charge.
Where?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
Your post is unclear. It might help if you used proper sentence structure and grammar.
The most I can get is that your daughter complained to her father while having a meltdown. The father told her to call 911 and when they cam they found you intoxicated. Then your daughter told different stories to a DCFS worker. And now you got a letter saying something that is not clear.

It looks like she's saying she had a problem with the daughter... the daughter called the father, who had at some point molested the daughter... the cops sent the daughter to be with the father because of this problem... the daughter came home a week later and told the mother that she was molested again... the mother called to report this... the daughter then said that the mother told her to say this... now the mother is in more trouble because of this.
I had to read it 5 times to try and figure this out and I'm still not sure I got it right.

Let me see daughter is calling father who molests her, you send her to his home because you have problems with her and she is molested again, You are drunk when police come.

No, I think father molested daughter; daughter has PTSD from who knows what and has a meltdown and mother calls CPS again. Police show up and mother is drunk but her friend is not. (I don't know how this is relevant but... ) Police tell mother to let daughter go to father's. Daughter comes home and says she's been sexually assaulted again and mother calls CPS and daughter denies she ever said that. Somebody named Donna gives OP a dirty look and OP is indicated.
Or indicted for having a hazardous home life. (What?)
Or something.
