Our daughter was on a good path for about a year. She had a decent year at college. She is now disrespecting our rules again. My husband and I went out of town for a family emergency. She had a party at our home, broke things and did damage to my car. She refuses to pay for damages. She also refuses to clean her room. It is disgusting... food, plates, cups and clothing everywhere. We took the car from her, we told her that the cell phone is next, and if she doesn't start paying us for some of the broken items from the party, she will not be getting college tuition. She told us she was going away this weekend with friends... my husband had to go to our lake house (second home) to do some work on it this weekend. When he arrived, she was there with a group of friends... partying it up! We had just sat her down and talked to her about her disrespectful behaviors. She promised us she was going to do better. I have had it and I know the right thing to do is to kick her out but I know how much I am going to worry when she is gone. I am also worried because I have three other teens n the house watching her behavior... any suggestions

Alarms on guest house without her having code, no more parties.

Don't threaten to take away, take away everything, when she comes back her room is bear except for a bed and about 1/3 of her clothes, she has to earn everything else back by good behavior.

Next if her phone does not have it, when she is allowed to have a phone, make it one with a tracking device so you can check the phones location anytime you want.

If she does not like it, let her know where the door is.
