Can a person be arrested on a crime that was expunged
If a person was arrested on a charge of sexual assault and the charges were expunged by the solicitors office, can you be rearrested on the same charge years later.

Charges are not expunged, convictions are expunged.

But, if a person was charged and charges dropped, yes they can latter be recharged for the crime within the SOL ( if any) of the crime.
