    Ceiling fan and lights do not turn on
    I have a harbor breeze ceiling fan with lights and pull chains. Lately, both the lights and fan do not turn on using the remote control. I changed the remote batteries and checked that the wall switch is on. I also tried the pull chains. Still, did not work. I appreciate your response.
