Ok I have been on implanon almost a year my periods were normal but then I missed one the next month I spotted just one little tiny spot on my tampon but its been 4 months now and still no period I have tsken a home pregnancy it said positive so I took another but said negative so I took another but it was positive so could I be pregnant

Yes. If you have taken 3 pregnancy tests and 2 out of the three tests come back positive, chances of pregnancy are high. Very rarely you will see a false positive. Because if there is HCG (pregnancy hormone) in your blood and the levels are high enough a urine home pregnancy test will detect it. I would suggest going in to your doctor and having a blood test, as they are more accurate than a urine test. Best of you luck to you
