Alberta is your best bet for an investment property!

Alberta has seen so much job growth in the past year that there is actually an influx of workers migrating there all the time. In fact, I read an article recently that their vacancy rates have been at their lowest in a long time which means the rental demand is HIGH. I'm sure that's good news to any real estate investor.

In addition, Alberta's rental laws are a little more in favour of land lords. Owners don't have a cap on the price they rent their condos at. In some provinces (such as BC) owners can only increase the rent by a certain percentage each year. Therefore, you'd make your money back faster in Alberta.

I once thought about purchasing an investment property and went to an event put on by the company linked below. If you want more information, I'm sure they could help you. Good luck :)
