Okay, my husband and I own an S corp 50/50 and the last few years have been lean so we want to just close up as we are now and work alone just the two of us. Should we keep it as an S corp or dissolve it and organize another way? We would want to be able to keep the name and the assets just work from home and keep overhead down to a minimum, no employees, less need for insurances and large square footage. Want to simplify so maybe the S corp is too much.
