I'm a 5th month pregnant . Today morning I've observed very small amount of blood clot before passing the urine . Out of anxiety I couldn't observe the actual colour of it . While asking the doctor she told that if the colour is brownish then nothing to be worried about. Otherwise (if it is red) stop the fragmin injection for two days and take TRENAX 500 mg three times . Also she has increased the dose of progynova ( Three times in a day ) After morning I didn't find any blood with urine. Now I'm feeling comfortable.

Can anybody say whether it is a sign of miscarriage ? I'm very very worried

You did the right thing by speaking with your doctor. She can tell you much more than we can over the Internet.

I would say you don't have to worry about miscarriage. Brown discharge could be a myriad of things - and not necessarily something to worry about. Keep following your doctors recommendations and relax :)
