Hello all I have a long story here goes. My husbands mother had an abusive ex husband and bitter divorce she was threatened with guns being held to her head if she didn't give her ex custody this went to court as an exhibit where he stated if she didn't give him custody he would finish what he began in 2002 which referred to a police charge where he was holding a gun to her head and threatened to kill her .finally after years of mounting charges of abuse on her self and her children and She and her exes now ex wife petitiOned the court for sole custody with supervised visitation due to the children being in fear of him. The ruling was granted and three months following she was murdered the ex had paid up on a lapsed life insurance policy four days to her murder on a 1 million dollar insurance policy that he was beneficiary of he wasn't looked at as suspect due to Harris county not looking into ft bend records he was paid out and obtained custody of children even though he continued to abuse and neglect them .
