    Making an appeal criminal conviction
Conviction was made against me with witnesses that did not tell the truth because they were covering their interest. They bought the houses and I only recommended the broker who carried out all mortgages. I don't have any form or even a document signed for mortgage but the came and said I was the one the came to. Wrong judgement against me. How do I appeal.

    Shalom, shalom:

By filing your notice of appeal ON TIME, and preparing to show the court where MISTAKES were made.. A LIE told by somebody that went UNCHALLENGED in the lower court is now considered a FACT. You cannot appeal the FACTS found by a lower court. You can only appeal legal error.
