    find the value of f(3) if f(x)=2x^3-4x^2+x
    I have a question. Can any one help me figure out how to evaluate this equation?

    It's quite simple, all it's asking is replace all the x's in the function with the 3 you have. You can think of it as the input being 3 into the function f(x) and the process is defined by the expressing 2x^3-4x^2+x, and write down the value you're left with.

    just replace the x 4 3 and then u get the answer!
