    Chest pain/ can't lay down
    Today I went swimming at the lake, was flipping inside it and having a good time, but later that night I am now having pain or tightness or not much circulation in my chest. I cannot lay down I can only stand or sit because it is almost unbearable. It makes me feel like I can't breathe good and I'm scared!
