    Dividends per share
    I would like to know how to do the calculation in order to get a dividend per share for 4 years. I have stock outstanding as follows, 18,000 shares of cumulative 2%, preferred stock of $75 par, and 40,000 share of $10 per common. During the first 4 years of operation the, the following amounts were distributed as dividends: 1st year $22,500 2nd year 28,800 third years $40,100, and 4th $77,000.
