We had sex 9 days back normally my period starts on 5 th or 6th of every month but it's 8th today and till today I am not having my priod has not started yet and we used condom during sex, now I am afraid if I have conceived

Wait for a few more days. Up to a week after your period is due. Get a pregnancy test.

There are many things that can cause changes in a period.

You need to wait until you are at least 1 week late, then test using the first urine you paass when you wake up in the morning. If that is negative and you still don't get your period, wait until you are at least 10 days late and ask the doctor to take a blood test.

Hard to say. Since you are on a 31-32 day cycle, your conception date according to an online due date calculator says you would have conceive around the 22nd of February. Which would have been more then 9 days ago. So unless you had sex before that, you probably missed your ovulation. HOWEVER, everyone ovulates at different times, and calculators like this are just estimates. I am afraid the only way to find out is to test. You could just be late. You could be pregnant(no form of birth control is 100%) Take a test. If it is negative and you still don't start your period in a week, I would suggest a blood test, and/or a visit with your ob/gyn.
