    Labour law on salary
    Dear Sir,

    Iam working as a Marketing Manager in a Company based in Gurugaon in their Chennai branch office, I was asked by my boss in Chennai Regional office to submit my resignation in view of the low oeder booking this fiscal. I submitted my resignation on 14.05.2012 and I had sent a couple of reminders to relieve me at the earliest. As per the appointment order I have to give 1 month notice which will be on 14.06.2012. My salary for the month of April and May 2012 has also been with held. What is the legal recourse I can take so that I can get a relving order, experrience certificate, salary and sttlement

    Kindly enlighten me in this regard
