    Can we move?
Hello, my boyfriend and I are planning on moving to Nevada from California. My boyfriend has a felony grand theft auto charge and is on probabtion. We plan on moving to create a better environment for him to seek employment. I was wondering is there anyway to transfer his probation to another state? I don't know if he is current on his payments. Can anyone help?

Almost always they will want him current on payments and any program he is on, But he needs to discuss this with his PO, they will have a application to make, it can take from 30 days to a few months to get approved
