    We have no electricians here familiar with UK standards, appears that a 100 amp main is typical for a 63 AMp Consumer Unit, see:

:confused:we have an intermitant problem, whenwe turn on or turn off a light or sometimes unplug something the consumer unit will occasioally trip? It has also tripped during the daytime when nothing is being used. What coud be the problem please?
