I want to get my tragus done, but my parents won't let me, so they obviously wouldn't come with me? Is it possible to go on your own/with a friend or do you have to be a certain age? Thanks x

Is it because your tragus might grow or its not thick enough or just because you need your parents agreement at an age younger than 18?
I heard that if you get your tragus it could mess with your equilibrium and make your balance off, I also heard that it can make you deaf is this true?
