    Probation Officer lifting a hold?
My Fiancée is on probation. He recently was taken to jail and was given a bond and has a new court date for the pending charges. They told him that if the probation officer lifts the hold he can be released on his bond. Does anyone have an input as to him being released? Or the hold being lifted?

    Hello h:

Sure. The PO COULD lift the hold... But, if he or she WANTED to lift the hold, they wouldn't have put it on him in the first place... So, I don't think they're going to lift the hold.
